The location was central. Laundry was available at all times.
The room was very cold, the heater was in the living room. An intake fan moved air into the bedroom, but it was not effective. I also found the room wasn't clean enough. The floor felt dirty.

I observed several issues . The electrical outlets in my room were not fully functional, quite inconvenient. The hotel's parking garage had a low ceiling and exposed pipes. I was cautious not to hit anything with my vehicle. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience.

i found the check in process to be very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location is close to bloor street, which offers convenient access to various shops and restaurants.
i did notice that the balcony door was locked, which prevented me from accessing it.
